Jeff Baisley, C.P.A., is the Chief Financial Officer of Graham Capital Management LP.    He was a Vice President in Global Equity Derivatives Accounting at RBC Capital Markets from June 2001 until he joined Graham Capital Management LP in 2004.  He had previously served as a Director at Perseus Capital from Aug 2000 until Jan 2001 and from May 1996 until June 2000 had served in increasing capacity roles within the Business Unit Controller’s Division of UBS (formerly Swiss Bank Corp).  Prior to UBS, he was an Assistant Vice President at Lehman Brothers.  He began his career in 1991 with the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young which he joined after receiving his B.S. in Accounting from Fordham University.

Steve Gottschalk

Steven N. Gottschalk joined Starwood Real Estate Securities, L.L.C. in 2005. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gottschalk worked as CFO for Litespeed Management LLC. He was responsible for setting up the back office infrastructure and the day-to-day monitoring and reporting of portfolio positions. He was also responsible for month end reporting including NAV’s, and handled investor relations. Prior to that Mr. Gottschalk performed similar functions as the Controller of Second Curve Capital LLC from 2000 to 2004. From 1998 to 2000 he was a Controller at Soros Fund Management LLC, and from 1996 to 1998 Senior Accountant for Richard A. Eisner & Co. − all in NYC. Mr. Gottschalk holds a B’Accy from The George Washington University.

Barbara Parker

Barbara E. Parker joined Sageview in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer in the Greenwich office.  Ms. Parker brings more than 27 years of industry and accounting experience to the Firm.  Ms. Parker joins Sageview from Boston Ventures Management, a $2.6 billion media and communications buyout fund where, as Chief Financial Officer since 2004, she was responsible for all of the accounting, reporting, tax and compliance, treasury, information technology and administrative functions within the firm.  Previously, from 1988 to 2004, she was a General Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Saugatuck Capital Company, a middle market private equity fund.  Ms. Parker served as Manager of Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting for Southern New England Telephone Company from 1984 until 1988, and as an audit manager with Deloitte Haskins & Sells from 1978 through 1984.  She earned her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut in 1978 and is a Certified Public Accountant

Kim Terjanian

Ms. Terjanian joined Centerbridge Partners, L.P. in January 2011.  She is responsible for the accounting and reporting for Centerbridge’s credit funds with AUM over $9B as well as for Centerbridge’s management company.   Prior to joining Centerbridge, Ms. Terjanian was the Chief Accounting Officer for Plainfield Asset Management LLC’s hedge funds from 2005 through 2010 and was also the Chief Financial Officer for the investment advisor for 2010.  During her tenure at Plainfield, she was responsible for all aspects of accounting, audit, internal controls and financial reporting for the company's distressed/special situation funds and the management company.  Prior to joining Plainfield, Ms. Terjanian was the Controller at Forest Investment Management LLC, a hedge fund which managed several convertible arbitrage, relative value and event strategy funds. While working at Forest from 1996 to 2005, Ms. Terjanian had primary responsibility for accounting, auditing and tax areas, as well as partial responsibility for various compliance, risk management and investor relations matters. Prior to Forest, Ms. Terjanian was an auditor for Deloitte & Touche LLP.  Ms. Terjanian graduated magna cum laude with a BBA and a MBA in accounting from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.  She is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and a member of the AICPA.
