Celeste joined Pomona Capital in 2007 and leads the firm's finance, administrative and compliance activities. She has seventeen years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Pomona, Celeste spent eight years at LyonRoss Capital where she managed all aspects of accounting and administration. Previously, Celeste was the Controller at Dillon Read in its Venture Capital group. Celeste received a BA from Baruch College. |

Debra joined Harvest in 1998. Prior to joining Harvest, she was the Senior Accountant at Schroders in New York and Singapore . Previously, Debra was at Coopers & Lybrand in its capital markets division. She has a BBA degree in Accounting from Hofstra University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Janice Chan joined Clarion in 2007 as the Vice President of Finance. Previously, from 2000 to 2007, Janice was the Controller for the U.S. business of Apax Partners, a global private equity group. Prior to that and beginning in 1994, Janice was employed in various capacities, most recently as Audit Supervisor at Eisner, LLP, a New York-based public accounting firm. Janice graduated from Binghamton University in 1994 with a BS in Accounting and she is a Certified Public Accountant.

Adam J. Collins is a Managing Director and the CFO at New Mountain Capital, L.L.C., where he joined in 2001. He previously worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 1996-2000 in the Controllers group and in 2001 in the Real Estate Principal Investment area. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he worked at KPMG from 1994-1996. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Babson College in May 1994 and graduated summa cum laude, and currently sits on the college’s Board of Overseers. He is currently a director of New Mountain Finance Corporation, a publicly traded BDC. Previously he served on the boards of Apptis, Inc., Connextions, Inc., and Iron Bow, Inc.

Steven Davidson COO E&E Capital Advisors LLC

Steven Davidson is the Chief Operating Officer of E&E Capital Advisors, a multi-billion dollar investment management firm. He is responsible for all non-investment operations, including operations, finance, tax, technology, legal, and client services. Prior to joining E&E, he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Quadrangle Group, including its private equity, hedge fund, and investment management business lines. Before joining Quadrangle, he spent five years in the private equity fund administration industry and five years with JP Morgan Private Bank’s Private Investments Group. Mr. Davidson started his career with Coopers & Lybrand, where he was an audit manager in the capital markets group. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991.

Steven DeCillis II Partner & Chief Financial Officer AEA Investors LP

Steve DeCillis joined AEA as Partner & Chief Financial Officer in 2011. He oversees finance and administration, human resources, information technology, and investor relations. Before joining AEA, Mr. DeCillis spent over 10 years at Ripplewood Holdings LLC, a middle market private equity firm, where he most recently served as Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer. While at Ripplewood, Mr. DeCillis managed a team responsible for accounting, operating and administrative functions. Prior to Ripplewood, Mr. DeCillis worked in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, he worked in the Controllers Department at The Dreyfus Corporation. Mr. DeCillis is a Certified Public Accountant who received an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.

Puneet Gulati CFO Quadrangle Group LLC

Puneet Gulati is the Chief Financial Officer at Quadrangle Group LLC. Mr. Gulati brings over 28 years of experience from the private equity, banking and accounting industries and is focused on financial administration, control and reporting across all of Quadrangle’s businesses. Prior to joining Quadrangle, Mr. Gulati spent 5 years at Evercore Partners where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Investment Management Group. Prior to Evercore, Mr. Gulati was the Chief Financial Officer at JP Morgan Partners, Latin American Fund for 6 years and also held various accounting roles at Warburg Dillon Read LLC and Gruntal & Co., Inc. Mr. Gulati received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Delhi University, New Delhi, India.

Cameron Hillyer CFO Clearwater Capital Partners

Cameron Hillyer joined Clearwater in 2005 and is a member of the firm’s Investment and Management Committees. Mr. Hillyer is responsible for all aspects of the accounting and financial affairs of Clearwater Funds and their subsidiaries, the General Partner and management company entities. As part of his responsibilities, he oversees internal controls, tax structuring, treasury management and investor relations. As the CFO, he has been instrumental in building out the infrastructure of the firm. Prior to joining Clearwater in October 2005, Mr. Hillyer served as Chief Financial Officer for two alternative asset management firms, Dolphin Equity Partners and Archery Capital. Mr. Hillyer began his career with KPMG, where he last served as an audit manager within the alternative investments practice in the New York office. Mr. Hillyer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Accountant (Australia).

Robert Jackowitz CFO Pine Brook Road Partners, LLC

Mr. Jackowitz joined Pine Brook in April 2007 and has over 23 years of financial and investment management experience, including 14 years in the private equity industry. From 2004 to 2007, he was treasurer and chief financial officer of ESL Investments Inc., a Greenwich, CT‐based private investment fund with partnership assets of $20 billion. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Jackowitz was a senior vice president and chief financial officer of Harvest Partners Inc., a New York‐based middle market private equity firm with assets of more than $1 billion. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jackowitz spent seven years with various divisions of Schroders plc, where he served as treasurer of the North American parent holding company before being named first vice president, finance for the Investment Management Division. He also worked for Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Jackowitz holds a B.S. in Economics from the George Washington University and an Accounting degree from New York University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Daniel J. Katsikas is a Managing Director of J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC and serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining J.C. Flowers in 2007, Dan was a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Bear Stearns Merchant Banking (“BSMB”), then the private equity affiliate of Bear Stearns Companies Inc. Prior to joining BSMB, he was a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Trivest Partners, L.P. Mr. Katsikas holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida.

Robert Kirby COO Kemnay

|
Robert Kirby is the COO of Kemnay and is responsible for all non-investment operations. Kemnay manages a substantial pool of public and private investments through direct holdings and pooled vehicles for a large European family. Its investment holdings span real estate, private equity, hedge funds and real assets. Kemnay has offices in New York, Singapore, London and Geneva. Mr. Kirby joined Kemnay in December 2011 from Auda, a US registered investment advisor with over $4.7 billion in private equity and hedge fund investments where he was the COO / CFO. Mr. Kirby was responsible for all non-investment operations and was on the firms executive committee. Before Auda Mr. Kirby was at Pine Grove Associates, a registered investment advisor where he was the Chief Financial Officer. At Pine Grove he was accountable for all financial operations for a range of multi strategy hedge fund of funds. He was also the lead manager for all operational due diligence on underlying fund investments. Prior to Pine Grove Mr. Kirby was the Chief Operating Officer at Maple Financial USA, where he was again focused for all non-investment operations for the US proprietary trading, hedge fund, and securities lending activities. Earlier in his career he was responsible for financial and operational control for fixed income trading at Deutsche Bank and Cantor Fitzgerald. Mr. Kirby holds a MBA from Cornell University and a BS (Accounting) from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and is also on the board of the Alternative Investment Financial Executives Association.

Eve Mongiardo COO, CFO, Senior Managing Director Irving Place Capital

Eve Mongiardo is the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and a Senior Managing Director of Irving Place Capital. Prior to joining Irving Place Capital in 2007, Ms. Mongiardo was a financial consultant with her own consulting firm, EGM Advisors from 2005 through 2007. From 2000 to 2005, she was Chief Financial Officer at Soros Private Funds Management. Before joining Soros, Ms. Mongiardo spent over nine years at Goldman Sachs & Co., most recently as a Vice President in the principal investment area. She started her career at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, where she spent four years in the auditing practice.
